Spending time with my mom

I'm sad because my mom just sold her house in Dixon.
She bought an R.V. and is leaving good old Cali in search
of a new home and to travel around the U.S.A.
Honestly, both Josh and I don't want her to move.

She got an R.V. space at the Pleasanton fair grounds for
three days. We did fun things with the boys after Josh
got out of school Tuesday through Thursday. Wednesday we
went to Super Franks. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera.
Yesterday we went to the Lawrence Hall of Science.
Caleb is experimenting with how the wings of planes
work in the wind depending on what angle they are at.

The kids built this building to see if it would still
stand after an earthquake. The yellow belt moves
back and forth after someone presses the green
button just like in an earthquake. Caleb wants me to
write about the red button. So, I will. The red button
stops the shaking. If only we could have a button like
that in the event of a real earthquake. In case your
wondering, the building did stay put after the shaking.

My mom making a paper airplane for Josh.

My mom and Josh at swimming lessons. We were so
impressed because Josh just started swimming on his
own this session.

Hanging out at our house.

Caleb having fun.

We'll miss you mom. Have a great trip!
Drive safely. See you in November.:)
