Trip to old Sacramento

Last Wednesday, we met up with my mom in Old
Sacramento. If you haven't been there you really
should go it's fun. Our first stop was to a little
Mexican restarant we like. I can't remember the
name of it though.

Our second stop was to a store called Candy Heaven.

They had barrels and barrels of old school candy.
They even let us eat all the candy we could from
the blue signed barrals while we were in the store.

Our third stop was to a one room school house.
The school started at 1st grade. Caleb sat in the
front where the youngest children would sit.

Our next top was to The Train Museum. Here
are the boys listening to a woman talk about the
trains.

Caleb is in seventh heaven at this museum. He
loves trains.

Josh rung the xylophone to signal it was meal
time. When trains first came out there were no
intercom systems. So, this is what they used.
We learned that the people on the train ate in
shifts because there wasn't enough room for
everyone.
